100% Virtual Eligible Florida Patients
Simple, Convenient Care

Sometimes you just need help with one thing.

Not every medical concern requires an ongoing membership. If you have a specific non-emergency issue that can be appropriately evaluated through telehealth, a one-time virtual appointment may be exactly what you need.

Your appointment gives us time to discuss your symptoms, relevant medical history, current medications and concerns before developing an appropriate plan.

You receive individualized medical care without committing to an ongoing membership.

Is Virtual Care Appropriate?

Some concerns need more than a video visit.

Telehealth is convenient, but it cannot replace every type of medical evaluation.

Depending on your symptoms, you may be advised to obtain an in-person examination, laboratory testing, imaging, urgent care, specialist evaluation or emergency care.

Experiencing a medical emergency?
Do not schedule a virtual visit. Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.

Need More Ongoing Support?

One visit today. A healthcare relationship when you want one.

If you find that you need more consistent access, medication management, chronic-condition support or ongoing preventive care, Owens Elite also offers concierge membership options.

No. One-time virtual care is available without joining a concierge membership.

How long is the appointment?

One-time appointments are generally scheduled for approximately 30 minutes.

Can prescriptions be provided?

Prescriptions may be provided when clinically appropriate following an adequate medical evaluation and when legally permitted. A particular prescription is never guaranteed.

No. The $150 fee covers the Owens Elite medical visit. Medication, laboratory, imaging, diagnostic and other outside-service costs are separate.

What if my condition cannot be treated virtually?

If your concern requires an in-person examination, diagnostic testing, urgent care, emergency evaluation or specialty treatment, you will be advised about an appropriate next step.

Where can I be located during my appointment?

For Florida telehealth services, you must be physically located in Florida at the time medical care is provided.

Does the visit include unlimited follow-up?

No. A one-time appointment includes limited follow-up regarding the issue addressed during that visit. Patients needing ongoing care may benefit from a concierge membership or another appropriate follow-up appointment.
