Travel Prepared

Your itinerary isn't the only thing worth planning.

Different destinations, activities and travel conditions can create different health considerations.

A travel health consultation gives us an opportunity to review your destination, medical history, medications and planned activities before you leave.

The goal is simple: anticipate potential health needs now so you're better prepared while you're away.

Your Trip Is Unique

Recommendations should match where you're actually going.

Travel health recommendations can vary considerably based on destination, duration, season, accommodations and the activities you have planned.

A week at a resort may require very different preparation than trekking at elevation, visiting rural areas or taking an extended international trip.

Your medical history and current medications also matter, which is why recommendations are made individually rather than from a generic travel checklist.
