Getting Started

What kind of care does Owens Elite provide?

Owens Elite Health & Wellness provides personalized, private-pay medical care through virtual appointments and select mobile services. Options include concierge primary care, one-time visits, medical weight management, peptide and metabolic wellness evaluations, diagnostic testing, and other focused services. Explore all services.

Who is eligible for virtual care?

Virtual care is available to eligible patients physically located in Florida at the time of the visit. Danae will determine whether your concern can be appropriately addressed through telehealth or requires an in-person evaluation. Select children's and school-health services may have different eligibility requirements; contact the practice to confirm availability.

How do I get started?

Choose a service and schedule an appointment. Complete the secure intake forms, meet with Danae, and receive appropriate recommendations and follow-up instructions. The evaluation helps determine which services or treatments are suitable for you.

Do I need a membership to schedule a visit?

No. One-time virtual visits are available for appropriate non-emergency concerns. Memberships are designed for patients who want an ongoing healthcare relationship and enhanced access. Learn about one-time care.

Do you accept insurance?

Owens Elite is a private-pay practice. Services provided directly by the practice are paid for by the patient. Membership is not health insurance and does not replace comprehensive insurance, emergency care, hospitalization, specialty care, or other services outside the membership agreement.

Memberships & Pricing

How much is a one-time visit?

The published one-time virtual consultation is $150 for approximately 30 minutes. It includes a medical assessment, appropriate recommendations, a visit summary, and limited follow-up regarding that visit. Laboratory testing, medications, supplies, and other outside services may cost extra.

What is included in the Essential membership?

The published Essential membership has a $150 initial consultation fee and costs $99 per month. It includes one scheduled virtual appointment per month, secure patient messaging, priority scheduling, prescription management, and routine medication review. What is included in the Signature membership?

The published Signature membership has a $200 initial consultation fee and costs $175 per month. It includes up to three scheduled virtual appointments per month, priority telehealth appointments, non-urgent messaging and phone access, chronic disease management, care coordination, and annual comprehensive health planning. Non-urgent access is generally available Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 7 PM.

Are Family or Executive memberships available?

Yes. Family and Executive membership options are customized according to the requested services and household or professional needs. Pricing and the specific scope of access are provided through a private consultation. View membership options.

Are medications, laboratory tests, and outside services included?

Not unless expressly stated in your selected service agreement. Medication, medical-supply, laboratory, imaging, pharmacy, specialist, and other outside-service costs may be separate. Any additional laboratory review fee will be disclosed before the service.

What if I need to reschedule, cancel, or end my membership?

Payment is due before appointments or membership services begin. Review the current scheduling, cancellation, refund, and membership-termination terms in your booking and patient agreement before payment. Contact the practice if you need to change an appointment or discuss ending your membership.

Weight Management & Treatments

What does the medical weight-management program include?

The program includes an initial medical evaluation, individualized lifestyle guidance, monthly progress reviews, laboratory review when appropriate, and prescription treatment when clinically indicated. The published initial consultation is $150, with ongoing management from $99 per month. Medication, supplies, and laboratory costs are separate. Explore weight management.

Will I automatically receive a weight-loss medication?

No. Medication recommendations depend on your medical history, evaluation, individual risks, treatment goals, and clinical appropriateness. A consultation does not guarantee a prescription, a particular medication, or a specific result.

What is peptide and metabolic wellness care?

It begins with an individualized medical evaluation and discussion of the evidence, safety considerations, and appropriateness of potential therapies. Are prescriptions included in the consultation price?

The consultation covers the medical evaluation and appropriate recommendations. Prescription medications and supplies are generally purchased separately. Prescriptions are provided only when clinically appropriate and legally permitted. The practice does not guarantee or routinely provide controlled substances.

Lab Testing & Fullscript

What laboratory and diagnostic services are available?

Depending on your individual needs, Danae may recommend routine laboratory testing, comprehensive lab panels, metabolic health evaluations, vitamin deficiency assessments, osteoporosis screening, or imaging referrals. Are laboratory tests included in my visit or membership?

No. Recommended laboratory and diagnostic testing costs are separate from Owens Elite's visit or membership charges. Any applicable additional laboratory review fee will be disclosed before the service.

Can I use my preferred laboratory?

Let Danae know if you have a preferred laboratory. Available ordering options, test availability, and costs can be discussed during your appointment.

Can Danae review laboratory results I already have?

Yes, when review is appropriate for your care. Danae can discuss available results, their significance, and appropriate next steps. Additional testing, follow-up care, or referral may be needed. A separate review fee may apply and will be disclosed beforehand.

What is Fullscript, and do I have to use it?

Fullscript is an optional resource for accessing recommended supplements and exploring additional wellness resources. You are not required to purchase through Fullscript to receive care. Owens Elite Health & Wellness may earn income from qualifying purchases. Recommendations are based on individual clinical needs. Visit Danae's Fullscript storefront.

Can I use HSA or FSA funds for Fullscript purchases?

Eligibility depends on the specific purchase and your plan's rules. Check with your HSA/FSA administrator before purchasing; acceptance of an HSA/FSA payment method does not guarantee that every item is an eligible expense.

Do you offer children's and school-health services?

Select children's and school-health services may be available by arrangement, including school or sports physicals, health forms, and appropriate medical evaluations. Do you offer mobile medical visits?

Yes. Select non-emergency mobile medical visits may be available in Palm Beach County, subject to provider availability and clinical appropriateness. The specific service, location, and price are confirmed before scheduling. Explore mobile medical care.

Can I request IV hydration or other mobile treatment?

You can request an evaluation, but IV hydration and other treatments are provided only when clinically appropriate. A request does not guarantee that a particular treatment will be offered. Mobile services are not a substitute for emergency care.

What can a travel-health consultation help with?

Travel consultations may include medication planning, vaccination counseling, and guidance concerning altitude, motion sickness, and jet lag. Recommendations depend on your itinerary, medical history, and individual needs. Explore travel health.

Can Danae help coordinate care with other providers?

Yes. Depending on your service, care coordination may include reviewing outside records, medication reconciliation, specialist referrals, hospital or emergency-department follow-up, and communication with authorized family members or other providers. The scope of coordination depends on your needs and service agreement.

Communication & Safety

How quickly are messages answered?

Non-urgent messages are generally answered within one business day. Available messaging and phone access depend on your membership or service. Signature membership lists non-urgent access Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 7 PM. Messaging is not an emergency service.

What happens if I need care outside business hours?

After-hours access and any applicable visit surcharge depend on your service agreement and provider availability. The published evening/weekend visit surcharge is $50. Do not rely on messaging or concierge access for an urgent or emergency medical need.

What if my concern requires an in-person examination or specialist?

Danae may recommend an in-person examination, laboratory testing, imaging, specialist referral, urgent care, or emergency evaluation when appropriate. Virtual care cannot address every medical concern.

What should I do in a medical emergency?

Do not use the patient portal, text messaging, or concierge service for an emergency. Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
