Laboratory testing can be an important part of preventive care, chronic disease management and evaluating specific health concerns. Rather than ordering the same panel for everyone, Danae considers your health history, symptoms, medications and goals before recommending appropriate testing.
The goal is to help you understand what your results mean and how they may inform your care plan. Some concerns require an in-person examination, specialist evaluation or other testing.

Common questions about testing.
Do I need an appointment before ordering labs?
Danae determines which tests are appropriate through an individual medical evaluation. If you already have results from another provider, you can discuss whether a review is appropriate during your consultation.
Are laboratory fees included in my visit or membership?
No. Recommended laboratory and diagnostic testing costs are separate. Any applicable additional laboratory review fee will be disclosed before the service.
Can I use my preferred laboratory?
Let Danae know if you have a preferred laboratory. Available ordering options, test availability and costs can be discussed during your appointment.
What happens after my results are available?
Danae can review available results with you, explain their significance and recommend appropriate next steps. Additional testing, follow-up care or referral may be needed depending on the findings.
Do I have to purchase through Fullscript?
No. Fullscript is optional. You may discuss other appropriate purchasing or laboratory options with Danae. Owens Elite may earn income from qualifying Fullscript purchases.
