A comprehensive first appointment to review your medical history, medications, current concerns, preventive needs and ongoing health conditions.
Virtual Sick Visit
Focused evaluation of one new or short-term health concern, such as cold symptoms, allergies or a minor skin concern, when appropriate for telehealth.
For multiple concerns, ongoing medications or an overall health review, please choose Primary Care.

Routine care and follow-ups, including medication review, monitoring and management of conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, high cholesterol and thyroid disorders.

Mobile / In-Home Sick Visit
$79 + applicable travel fee
For an appropriate single health concern. Available by arrangement directly with Danae; not offered as an on-demand service. Limited in-home new-patient primary care consultations may also be available at the $139 visit rate plus applicable travel.

Travel fees are based on one-way driving mileage from the designated reference intersection of Hypoluxo Rd & Hagen Ranch Rd, Lake Worth, FL 33467. This is a pricing reference, not a physical office.

Example: $79 mobile sick visit + $60 travel fee = $139 total. Travel charges, location and appointment availability are confirmed before scheduling. Mobile visits must be arranged directly with Danae.
What is billed separately?
Laboratory testing: Patients pay laboratories directly. Provider fees for lab interpretation or review may be billed separately.
Medications & other services: Prescription-related provider services, medications, supplies, imaging and outside services may carry additional charges. Applicable fees are explained before services are provided.
