For eligible patients and medically appropriate services in Palm Beach County. Sick visits are $79 plus the applicable travel fee. All mobile visits and physical exams must be arranged directly with Danae and depend on her availability.

Travel is calculated using one-way driving distance from the designated pricing reference point: Hypoluxo Rd & Hagen Ranch Rd, Lake Worth, FL 33467. This intersection is not a physical office.

For example, a $79 sick visit with a $60 travel fee is $139 total. All fees and scheduling are confirmed directly with the provider before an appointment.

Do I need to join a membership?
No. Primary care and sick visits are available on a pay-per-visit basis. Medical weight management is offered as a separate $99/month program.
Are you accepting insurance?
Services are currently private pay. Fees for Owens Elite services are disclosed before the visit. Any future insurance participation will be announced once active.
Are laboratory tests and medications included?
No. Patients pay laboratories directly. Provider fees for lab interpretation, prescription-related services, or additional medication management may apply and will be disclosed separately in advance. Pharmacy charges, medications, and supplies are separate.
Can virtual care replace an emergency room?
No. Virtual services are for medically appropriate non-emergency conditions. Some situations require an in-person examination, urgent care facility, or emergency department. For emergencies, call 911.
